Roger St. Clair was very patient with dealing with a family sale including four women. It was a difficult property to dispose of but he did it.

Roger is probably the best farm/ranch real estate broker in Sheridan. He has a keen grasp of local market conditions and knows how to close the sale.

Roger and Joe were both great to work with, they listened to what we were looking for in house, they were available anytime during the day and sometimes late nights to answers my questions. They both definitely were working for us and had our best interest in mind.

I left a couch at the house we sold, long story short Joe and Roger met me over there and we cut it up and they helped haul it out. These guys go above and beyond of what is required by a realtor. Definitely made the process of selling and buying a home super easy.
